Dusk
Dusk is a home for high-quality music, made with AI or made by people. To keep it that way, everything uploaded must follow these rules.
When you upload, you say how the song was made: AI-made (made with an AI music tool), AI-assisted (you made it, with AI help on some parts) or Human-made (made by people, without AI). The label is shown on the song everywhere, and listeners can filter by it. Label it honestly: a wrongly labelled song is taken down, like any other broken rule.
New artists' tracks are checked before they appear on Dusk. Once an artist has shown they follow the rules, their uploads can go live straight away.
If a track uses your work or breaks these rules, open the track and press Report this track. You don't need an account. For copyright claims, describe your original work and include a link to where it's published, and leave an email so we can follow up. A track reported by 3 different people is hidden until we review it.
Every track is fingerprinted when it's uploaded. An upload that matches another artist's track is held for review and usually removed. Streams also carry an inaudible watermark, so copies found elsewhere can be traced back to Dusk.
If a report is upheld, the track is removed and its file deleted, and the artist gets a strike. After 3 strikes, the account can no longer upload. If you think a track was removed by mistake, upload nothing further and contact us through a report on any of your tracks explaining why.
Uploading needs a monthly Dusk plan (Plus or Pro). Listening is always free. Tracks are streamed as high-quality AAC 256k. If a plan ends, your tracks stay live, but you can't upload more until you renew. Deleting a track in your Library frees its space.
