04The rules

Short, and fair.

Who can enter+

Anyone, anywhere. It's free and needs no purchase. You must be 13 or older to enter and 18 or older to receive a cash prize. Void where prohibited.

What you can enter+

Up to 3 of your own songs that are live on Dusk and follow Dusk's upload rules. The song, cover, lyrics, video and prompt must be yours or made with tools you have the right to use, credited on the song page.

Dates+

All times are UTC. Entries close 30 November 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Winners are announced 7 December 2026 at 18:00 UTC.

How winners are chosen+

People's Choice counts plays (30 seconds or more, once per listener per hour), likes and comments during the challenge. Faked engagement disqualifies. Every other category is scored by judges, whose decisions are final.

Prizes+

As shown on this page. Sponsored prizes come from the sponsor and may need the winner's details. Cash prizes can't be paid where the payment provider can't pay. Prizes can't be exchanged.

Your music+

You keep all rights. By entering you agree to Dusk featuring your song, cover and name to promote the challenge.
