Yahweh

Lyrics

I lift my eyes up to the mountain peak

It is the strength of the Lord that I seek

He made the heavens and the earth with a word

The most powerful voice that has ever been heard

Exodus 3, He says "I AM THAT I AM"

The Lion of Judah, the Holy Lamb

No weapon formed shall ever prosper or stand

We walk in the light of the Promised Land!

He’s the pillar of fire in the dark of the night

The cloud in the day, the source of the light

From the Red Sea crossing to the walls of the town

When the trumpet blows, the walls come down!

He is the Alpha, the Omega, the Start

Writing His law on the tablet of the heart

The Name above names, we proclaim it today

Yahweh! We lift the banner high

Yahweh! Your glory fills the sky

From the dust of the ground to the throne in the heights

You are the Sun and the King of all lights!

Yahweh! The Rock on which we stand

Holding the world in the palm of Your hand!

In the beginning was the Word, it is true

Everything made was made through You

By Your stripes, we are healed from the pain

You send the sunshine, You send the rain

Not by might, nor by power, but the Spirit

If there’s a promise, we’re gonna inherit!

Greater is He who is living within

Than the one in the world, the author of sin

So we cast every care, and we lay every weight

At the foot of the Cross, at the Narrow Gate!

Yahweh! We lift the banner high

Yahweh! Your glory fills the sky

From the dust of the ground to the throne in the heights

You are the Sun and the King of all lights!

Yahweh! The Rock on which we stand

Holding the world in the palm of Your hand!

He is the Bread of Life, He is the True Vine

Turning the water into the wine

He’s the King of all kings and the Lord of all lords

Sharper than any two-edged swords!

He’s coming on the clouds, every eye shall see

The One who was dead, but is living and free!

Zion is waking, the Lion has roared

All of the earth belongs to the Lord!

Holy, Holy, Holy

The Lord God Almighty

Who was, and is, and is to come!

Yahweh!

Yahweh! (The Name above names!)

Yahweh! (A consuming flame!)
