Puppy Blues

Lyrics

I thought I was ready I thought I was tough

Then you chewed my shoe like it wasn't enough

The midnight howls the carpet stains

This tiny tornado is testing my brain

You're cute but relentless a fluffy grenade

Every cuddle a truce every tantrum replayed

Puppy blues puppy blues

I love you but what did I choose

Puppy blues puppy blues

You're chaos wrapped in fur and I'm confused

You ate my socks you dug a moat

Somehow you even got hold of the remote

The leash is a battle the bed's now yours

But those eyes they open forgiveness doors

I'm mad but I'm melting it's all a blur

You ruin my day then you make it occur

Puppy blues puppy blues

I love you but what did I choose

Puppy blues puppy blues

You're madness wrapped in fur and I'm amused

Puppy blues puppy blues

I love you but what did I choose

Puppy blues puppy blues

You're chaos wrapped in fur and I'm confused

Puppy blues puppy blues

I love you but what did I choose

Puppy blues puppy blues

You're madness wrapped in fur and I'm amused
