Amen

Lyrics

This journey of the heart is done,

all the searching has come to rest.

Every promise that You've spoken,

has stood the ultimate test.

The light has broken through the clouds,

the anchor has been thrown.

I can finally breathe out now,

and know that I am truly known.

Amen.

So be it.

Amen.

Let it be true.

Amen.

My heart is trusting in You.

Amen.

From dust and ashes, You made me whole,

from fear to faith, You saved my soul.

From the quiet glimmer in the dark,

You planted an eternal mark.

I've seen Your love, I've felt Your grace,

and every single broken place,

is now a part of Your great story,

to Your unending glory.

Amen.

So be it.

Amen.

Let it be true.

Amen.

My heart is trusting in You.

Amen.

For all that was, and all that is, and all that is to come,

for all the victories yet to be won,

for all the light, for all the grace, for all the love.

And so, Lord, we say amen.

For the grace that found us in the darkness,

for the light that broke through the storm,

and for the hope that is now our final answer.

We trust in You. We rest in You.

Amen.
